The original St Basil's at St Peters is undergoing significant renovations throughout 2017. During this period, St Basil's at St Peters has relocated to 7 Victoria Street, Goodwood - a large facility that is similarly situated within leafy and sprawling grounds. St Basil's at Goodwood offers myriad areas for social engagement including vibrant dining spaces that serve house-prepared meals; a library area; quiet sitting rooms; activity centres; and sheltered courtyards and gardens with bird feeders that provide a sanctuary for visits from family and friends. Secure access to all areas is via wide corridors and level flooring. Ample free parking is available onsite and public transport is almost on the doorstep. St Basil's is in close proximity to the bustling hub of Goodwood Village and local theatres. The atmosphere at St Peters is warm and inviting with many spaces for residents to participate in a variety of activities. Private and companion rooms are available with 24 hours care.
With accommodation for 32 residents, the facility comprises 23 single rooms with ensuites, seven room with shared bathroom, therapy and treatment rooms, lounge areas, activity rooms, dining areas and outdoor recreational areas.

With views to the surrounding garden areas, the spacious Botanic Suites feature private ensuites and new televisions. Bathed in natural light, the decor is neutral and fresh to accommodate personal tastes, with blockout window treatments to allow for privacy.

The Vista Rooms, with views to the courtyards or gardens, enjoy an abundance of natural light with blockout window treatments to make the most of any time of the day. Neutral decor allows for personal effects to sit comfortably next the new televisions. Each room has an individual split system AC. The generously sized shared bathrooms are discreetly positioned for use by adjoining rooms.
St Peters is staffed around the clock with a dedicated team providing nursing and personal care services, an on-site chef, laundry and maintenance crew. Doctors, paramedical practitioners, including podiatrists, and local Chaplains attend St Peters on a regular basis to ensure our residents are able to maintain their best possible physical and spiritual health.
Gardening and enjoying company under canopied trees are encouraged at St Peters. Participation in offsite art classes is available for residents who still maintain mobility. The Lifestyle and Leisure activities incorporate crafts and gentle movements, card games and myriad other opportunities to spend time with peers or quietly.

The accommodation fees at St Basil's are determined according to the Federal Government's new pricing structure, which game into effect on 1 July 2014. This pricing structure gives residents a greater choice in selecting how they pay for their accommodation: namely by paying in full upfront; paying the equivalent of per day; or a combination thereof; with additional charges for optional services.
