Residents and families can provide feedback to us via face-to-face meetings such as ‘Let’s Talk’ resident meetings, regular family meetings, coffee-catchups, online surveys, and by our ‘Tell us more’ feedback forms available at our homes.

Get involved

Our resident and families can also choose to get actively involved by taking part in their home’s Consumer Advisory Body.

We have two Consumer Advisory Bodies, a Southern for Aegean Village and a Northern for Croydon Park and St Peters. Our Consumer Advisory Bodies report key issues from their home to inform decision making by the Board and help improve services across all of our homes.

Whistleblower disclosure

Anyone can make a confidential whistleblower disclosure to safely report misconduct, unethical behaviour, or breaches of the law without fear of reprisal.

Our Whistleblower Policy outlines how to make a report and the protections available to whistleblowers under the Corporations Act and Aged Care Act.
