Board
St Basil’s Board members are honorary appointments who bring strategic leadership and key professional experience to St Basil’s. Representation is drawn from the community and pastoral services, medical, human resources, legal, management and financial sectors.

There are six Board Sub-Committees that govern the services we offer at St Basil’s – Governance, Business and Finance, Clinical Governance, Resident Experience, Building and Development and People Engagement. The Sub-Committees comprise a Board member, senior management, and external subject matter experts.
